  • Our Role: We facilitate connections between you and third-party HVAC professionals in your area
Important: By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that FrazierLLC is not a service provider and does not perform any HVAC work. All services are performed by independent third parties.

Third-Party Service Providers

All HVAC services offered through our platform are performed by independent third-party service providers. We want to be completely transparent about their responsibilities:

  • Licensing & Insurance: Service providers are responsible for maintaining all required licenses, certifications, and insurance coverage
  • Pricing: Service providers set their own pricing. Rates and fees are determined solely by the provider
  • Availability: Service providers control their own availability and scheduling
  • Service Quality: The quality of work and professionalism is the sole responsibility of the service provider
  • Compliance: Service providers must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations

No Guarantees

FrazierLLC provides a referral service only. We do not guarantee any of the following:

  • Service Outcomes: We cannot guarantee that HVAC repairs will be successful or that problems will be permanently resolved
  • Pricing: We do not control, set, or guarantee service pricing. Rates vary by provider and service type
  • Availability: We cannot guarantee that service providers will be available in your area or timeframe
  • Response Times: We do not guarantee how quickly a provider will respond or schedule an appointment
  • Workmanship Quality: We do not guarantee the quality of work performed by any service provider
Service Terms: All service terms, warranties, and guarantees must be negotiated directly between you and the service provider. FrazierLLC is not a party to service agreements between customers and providers.
